If you are buying or selling a primary residence or investment property with Carol, you are in for very smooth sailing indeed.   We purchased a short sale investment property and I must say on several occasions it looked like the deal was a bust.  We really believe that had it not been for Carol’s tenacity the deal could have gone south because of outstanding city violations and past due back taxes which were all title liens.  Carol worked with the seller’s agent until all liens were cleared at no additional cost to us.
